We are three brothers who come from a real estate and entrepreneurial background. Bruce Thomsen:

Bruce, CEO and firstborn of the three Thomsen brothers, has followed in the footsteps of his parents, both of whom worked in the real estate industry for many years. After attending the University of Denver and receiving his BSBA in Real Estate & Finance/Marketing, Bruce pursued a career in commercial real estate investing, management and sales. Bruce’s extensive background in customer service translates to motivation, enthusiasm and resourcefulness for his clients. He fosters genuine relationships that enhance the real estate buying, selling and leasing experience, staying on top of market conditions and delivering results.

Steven Thomsen:

Steven, CFO and middle brother, brings business as well as engineering experience to the company. Steven attended DeVry University, receiving his degree in Electronics Engineering. Following college, he has excelled in his career as a biomedical engineer, as well as an entrepreneur. Steven is the founder of several successful businesses, providing him broad experience in customer service and client relationships. His impressive engineering background gives him a sound perspective on decisions, and his analytical abilities and innovative mindset enable him to thrive in negotiations and develop effective marketing strategies.

David Thomsen:

David, COO and youngest brother, received his MBA from Saint Mary’s University of Twickenham in London. During his studies abroad, David demonstrated his strong work ethic and continues to show that same focus and tenacity in his current financial work in New York City. He brings a wealth of finance and sales knowledge, providing clients with exceptional real estate services that satisfy both buyers and sellers.
